At KSK Firehouse Leather, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products.

1. Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery if:

Item is unused
-
Item is in original condition
-
Item is not personalized
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, stamped, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes:

Name stamping
-
Department stamping
-
Custom sizing
-
Special color requests
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Provide photos of the issue

We will evaluate and repair, replace, or refund if appropriate
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Normal Wear
Leather is a natural material and will:

Soften over time
-
Develop patina
-
Show signs of wear
This is not considered a defect.
