1. General

KSK Firehouse Leather LLC provides handcrafted leather products, including but not limited to glove straps, radio straps, chin straps, suspenders, and related accessories.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are handmade and may be made to order.

Because leather is a natural material:

  • Grain patterns vary

  • Dye tones may slightly differ

  • Minor natural markings may appear

These are not defects — they are part of the character of genuine leather.

Custom or personalized items (including stamped names, departments, or custom sizing) are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders if pricing errors occur

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or approved third-party processors.

We do not store full credit card information.

Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

5. Order Processing Time

Because our products are handcrafted, please allow:

4 to 6 weeks for production before shipment.

During high-volume periods, production times may increase.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Images

  • Text

  • Branding

Are the property of KSK Firehouse Leather and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

KSK Firehouse Leather is not responsible for:

  • Improper use of products

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or modification

Our products are accessories and do not replace manufacturer safety equipment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
