All products are handcrafted.

Please allow:

4 to 6 weeks production time before shipment.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping speed options are available at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination
Selected shipping speed

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

Then contact us for assistance

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
